With a 6 foot 6, 312 lbs frame, Darius Mosley sticks out on the football field. It’s still pretty green from a technical standpoint but dominates at the 4A high school level. Mosley is a large presence on the offensive line who finishes blocks and plays physically. Since his junior year, his athleticism, technique, and footwork have improved tremendously.

Mosley’s wide base allows him to find/establish leverage in pass protection. At the college level, he will have to improve the pass protection aspect of his game, as he’s better at moving forward than he is backward. Additionally, his hand placement will have to be more efficient/effective.

Once engaged, he is a hard presence to shake and get around due to his massive wingspan and reach. Mosley shows an ability to scrape and get to the second level. He will need to gain more flexibility to be more consistent in sinking his hips when engaged in run blocking.

We estimated that he could be an immediate impact player at the Division II level as a starter and a rotational player at the FCS level, starting by his sophomore year.
