As a subscribed athlete, you are allowing us to solicit you with the approval of your parents to be interviewed and selected for NIL opportunities, which you and your parents will negotiate. We aim to put you in touch with opportunities to receive products for social media influence, brand ambassadorship, and sale opportunities. We do not negotiate with companies. We connect you with brands contacting us for marketing and advertising opportunities.

Additionally, subscribed athletes are invited to our URA Bus Tour in partnership with Elite Talent Training Academy and camps. There will be discounted rates for subscribed athletes to selected partnering camps, recruiting forums, and training services. We aim not to break the bank and have you paying for things you don’t need. We will assist you in self-recruiting and URA crowd-sharing on social media to help you get the exposure you need to get the recruiter’s attention. Once you get their attention, we will assist you in growing the relationship and help you understand your options in the recruitment process. It will take hard work, and we expect all our subscribed athletes to support each other by tagging coaches, sharing information, and networking to help grow each other’s social media. You do your part, and we will do the rest, writing articles and creating videos to target recruiters and nil opportunities for you.

Finally, we receive from our network of coaches what their rosters look like and their needs. All subscribed athletes will get tagged in our Alert Scholarship Opportunity videos on Instagram or Twitter. Please ensure you follow all our platforms to make tagging and sharing with each athlete easy. The more information we get, the more robust your page can be, making it a one-stop shop for you to use for college recruiters. Keep up with your weekly stats, camps you will be attending, height/weight updates, measurables (40 dash, bench, squat, broad jump, vertical), accolades, CORE GPA and Cumulative GPA, SAT/ACT, NCAA ID#, social media tags, etc.

Make sure to check out our ALA CARTE services:

RECRUITMENT:

1.) Recruitment Consulting – After your free 15-minute assessment, you will be given a recruitment plan, which will grow as you work.
This would include benchmarks on talking to your counselor to make sure you are on track to be NCAA-qualified based on the right course you need
speak with your high school coaches to determine ways to improve, etc.
2.) Recruitment Planning – In-depth monthly 30-minute video meetings to build confidence and get strategies on working your plan.
3.) Position Development – Weekly 30-minute video meetings to access game film and learn how to film study to play fast and with confidence. You will meet coaches who have coached and recruited high school athletes, played college/ professional football, and trained high school, college, and professional athletes.
4.) Professional HUDL Highlight Development – Have you HUDL evaluated and reconstructed by coaches who know what college coaches are looking for? Bad HUDL Highlights are a big part of why many athletes don’t get offers.
5.) Social Media and Email Coaching – Get information on how to get coaches’ attention online. This also includes how to respond and engage coaches professionally. Knowing and having all the necessary information available for coaches is critical. They don’t like looking around for information after going through hundreds of emails and texts.

MARKETING:

1.) Social Media Marketing – Get help setting up a strategy for your online marketing campaign.
2.) 15 min Interview – This helps the public get to know who you are and allows coaches to learn more about you. It also helps with NIL Opportunities.
3.) Establish A Weekly Game Graphics Campaign – Invest in a weekly graphics marketing plan to have eye catching graphics with your stats sent out to recruiters.  This is great because pictures and videos get more attention than texts. These weekly graphics highlight your stats or accomplishments each week during the season.
4.) Twitter Development – This helps you grow your coaches’ network by allowing you to target the coaches who will most likely follow you back and help you spark engagement.
5.) Target Analysis – Helps you identify the best fit for you so you don’t waste your time. We help match you with colleges that are more likely to start engagement. We use email, social media, and matchmaking based on the analysis we receive from you.
