As a freshman, he earned team captain honors and started every game at both wide receiver and cornerback an achievement that highlights his maturity, leadership, and versatility at a young age. Offensively, he totaled 7 touchdowns, including a standout 3-touchdown performance that showcased his ability to create explosive plays and impact the game in multiple ways.
Defensively, he proved just as reliable, recording 9 pass breakups and finishing second on the team in total tackles, demonstrating strong instincts, toughness, and consistency in coverage and run support. His ability to excel on both sides of the ball established him early as a foundational player for the program.
He began the season as the starting field corner, earning the job outright and starting the first four games before being sidelined with a groin and hamstring injury. In that short span, he posted 13 pass breakups and 17 tackles, demonstrating strong coverage instincts, physicality, and an ability to play confidently on an island. In addition to football, he also lettered in varsity track, further showcasing his athletic versatility and commitment to year-round development.
3x Varsity Letterman Team captain leading the team in receptions. 31 receptions for 657 yards, and 8 touchdowns. Rushed the ball 16 times for 278 yards, and 7 touchdowns. On special teams Braylon accounted for 2 touchdown on the year on kick off returns. All purpose yards were 1267 total yards 17 touchdowns.
