“Talent Beyond Club Exposure”
The UR Volleyball Star Ranking System was designed to identify athletes who possess the skill, athleticism, work ethic, and long-term potential to compete at the collegiate level regardless of club affiliation, geography, financial resources, or recruiting exposure.
Unlike traditional recruiting services that often focus heavily on national club programs and tournament visibility, URA evaluates athletes based on skill development, production, athletic profile, volleyball IQ, leadership, and future projection.

UR Stars Metric By Sport
Our UR Star System is how we identify and promote our athletes. The national system that 247 Sports.com, ESPN.com, and Rivals use is based on the Top 2500 2-5-star athletes (at QB, WR, TE, ATH, OT, IOL, RB, LB, CB, S, EDGE, DL) per class in the nation. UR System primarily focuses on the unrated, under-recruited athletes but will sometimes feature some 2-3 stars.
