At Under Recruited Athlete, we believe the strongest movements are built through trusted relationships and communities that genuinely want to see athletes succeed. That’s why we created the URA Referral Rewards Program—an opportunity for athletes, parents, coaches, trainers, mentors, teams, and organizations to help under-recruited athletes gain exposure, build their personal brands, and create opportunities while earning rewards for their efforts.

When an athlete joins URA through your referral and successfully becomes a URA Subscribed Athlete, you’ll receive a $40 referral reward. More importantly, you’ll be helping connect athletes to valuable resources such as athlete profile pages, branding support, recruiting exposure, NIL education, custom merchandise opportunities, social media promotion, and personal development tools designed to help them succeed both on and off the field.

As a URA Branded Athlete, you’ll also gain access to FREE and discounted services designed to help offset the rising costs of camps, training, recruiting, travel, and personal branding. Because we’re building a movement of athletes who invest in themselves every day, we believe opportunity should be more accessible, not more expensive.

How It Works

How the Referral Program Works

Step 1: Share Your Experience

Share your URA Athlete Profile Page, NIL Apparel Store, or personal success story as an example of how Under Recruited Athlete has helped you gain exposure, build your brand, and create opportunities. Encourage interested athletes and families to visit www.underrecruitedathlete.com to create a FREE Athlete Profile and learn more about the benefits of becoming a URA Subscribed Athlete.

As a URA Branded Athlete, we encourage you and your family to help grow our community by sharing your experience with others. To qualify for a referral reward, the new athlete must list your name during the subscription process. If you are a coach, trainer, sports organization, recruiting service, middle school, high school program, or community organization, you must complete our Affiliate Registration Form. This allows us to properly track referrals and ensure rewards are distributed to the designated point of contact within your organization.

Step 2: Join the Program

The athlete completes their subscription and becomes a URA Subscribed Athlete. Coaches, trainers, recruiting services, sports organizations, and community partners complete the Affiliate Registration process and receive affiliate status. Middle school programs, high school teams, travel organizations, and sports clubs may also register as affiliates to participate in fundraising opportunities and group subscription programs designed to benefit their athletes and programs.

Step 3: Get Rewarded

Once the athlete’s subscription has been verified and activated, the referral reward will be processed and distributed to the referring individual or affiliate organization. For approved affiliates, all future referrals will be credited to the designated point of contact identified during registration. Sports organizations, recruiting services, middle school programs, high school teams, and affiliated groups will receive referral rewards for each athlete who successfully subscribes through their referral efforts. These rewards can be used to support fundraising initiatives, athlete development programs, camp expenses, team activities, equipment purchases, and other organizational needs.

Step 4: Continue Growing the Movement

Continue helping athletes discover opportunities while earning rewards for future referrals. Every athlete you connect to URA helps strengthen our mission of providing exposure, branding, NIL education, and opportunities to under-recruited athletes across the country.

To ensure accurate tracking, all referrals must be identified during the athlete’s subscription process. If no referral name, affiliate code, or organization is provided at the time of subscription, we will assume the athlete found URA independently through our website, social media, events, or other marketing efforts. Referral rewards can only be issued to the URA Subscribed Athlete, parent, or designated affiliate point of contact identified during the registration process. Due to the volume of athletes participating in the program, referral claims cannot be disputed after a subscription has been completed. We strongly encourage participants to have athletes contact them before subscribing and to maintain records of all referrals. For verification purposes, designated referral contacts will receive email notifications when a qualifying referral has been successfully processed.
