Yearly Subscribed Individual – NIL Merchandising Campaign

  • Branding Promotional Materials: This helps the athlete promote their NIL Apparel campaign. We create, you share, and promote online. If you are interested in additional services, you can visit our website and purchase à la carte. This only applies to Subscribed Individuals.
  • The Referral Subscription Program is a way for athletes and parents to earn money by sharing athletes’ profiles and apparel links with friends, family, teammates, and other athletes. By telling people about our services and having them subscribe after using the athlete’s name as a referral, you will receive a $40 referral fee for each athlete who signs up.
  • Social Media consulting to help develop a plan yearly
  • Exclusive FREE Branding Materials and apparel marketing
  • 3 FREE apparel T-Shirt designs yearly. For a new design, you must purchase a graphic design package in store. If an external design idea is provided, we will do our best to replicate it, and we will still charge for a setup fee.
  • Can customize a T-shirt with additional design or sleeves, and back at a discounted cost. (Prices are subject to change at any time based on the printers’ rates)

No Refund Policy

All branding, design, digital media, NIL merchandise setup, creative services, and subscription fees are non-refundable once work begins.

Production Disclaimer

Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

  • Supplier capacity
  • Inventory availability
  • Shipping carrier delays

URA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party production partners or missed deadlines from clients. We will do our best to help mitigate any issues, yet due to the size of our organization, we may not always be available immediately. Print-On-Demand Disclaimer

Products are manufactured through approved third-party print providers. Minor variations in color, garment placement, sizing, and print appearance may occur. Such variations do not constitute defects. Upon request, we will provide you with their contact information to rectify any issues with order delays after we first reach out to you when you make us aware of the issue.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales taxes will be collected as required by state and federal regulations for the State of Georgia. Customers are responsible for taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.

 Consent Authorization

Athlete Content Authorization

Athletes and/or parents certify they own or have authority to use all submitted photos, logos, names, likenesses, trademarks, and content. Athlete grants URA permission to create promotional and merchandising materials based on the submitted content.

Parent Authorization

Athletes under 18 must obtain authorization from a parent or guardian before participating in branding, NIL, fundraising, or merchandise programs.

Chargeback Protection

Customers agree to contact URA first regarding order issues before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection efforts.

Revenue Share Protection

Revenue distributions are calculated in accordance with current partnership agreements and may be modified upon written notice. URA reserves the right to suspend payouts for fraud, abuse, policy violations, intellectual property disputes, or misuse of athlete branding assets.
