BIOGRAPHY

 

Ryan Schwartz is a promising young football player from Collierville, Tennessee, who competes as a tight end and defensive end in the Class of 2032. Standing at 5’2” and 114 pounds, Ryan has quickly built a reputation as a high-IQ, hard-working athlete with the versatility to impact the game on both sides of the ball. Since beginning tackle football in third grade in 2022, he has shown steady development, consistently applying coaching and improving his technique each season.

 

Away from the football field, Ryan excels academically and athletically. He maintains a 4.0 GPA at Collierville Middle School while competing as a multi-sport athlete in basketball, 7v7 football, and track & field. In track, he has earned medals in the 400-meter relay, shot put, and discus, showcasing his strength, speed, and overall athletic ability. During his 6th-grade season in 2025, Ryan led his team in receptions and recorded multiple tackles for loss, highlighting his impact as a reliable two-way player.

 

With a strong work ethic, coachability, and well-rounded athletic background, Ryan Schwartz continues to develop as a young athlete with significant long-term potential.

 

EVALUATION

 

On offense, Ryan projects as a dependable tight end who combines reliable hands with advanced awareness for his age. He shows a strong understanding of spacing and leverage in coverage, consistently working into open windows and presenting a clean target for the quarterback. As a route runner, he demonstrates discipline and timing, allowing him to be effective in short and intermediate concepts. In the run game, Ryan contributes by sealing the edge and engaging defenders with effort and physicality. After the catch, he competes through contact and works to generate additional yardage, giving the offense a reliable option who can extend plays and maintain possession.

 

Defensively, Ryan competes at defensive end with a high motor and disciplined approach. He does a solid job maintaining outside leverage and setting the edge, limiting running lanes and forcing plays back inside.
