I understand that participation in Under Recruited Athlete programs is voluntary and that no refunds, scholarship guarantees, recruiting guarantees, NIL income guarantees, sponsorship guarantees, or athletic opportunities are promised or implied by my participation. This single section gives us documented electronic consent, parent approval, media release acknowledgment, NIL disclosure acknowledgment, and liability protection all through one form submission. It is commonly used by organizations operating athlete, membership, affiliate, and NIL-related programs.

I understand that Under Recruited Athlete is not a recruiting agency. It is a media and branding company that helps athletes, teams and organizations with NIL and fundraising opportunities, NIL education, athlete advocacy, and videography. The URA platform does partner with recruiting agencies as a social media exposure vehicle and not a recruiting entity. No employee, ambassador, or representative may guarantee:scholarship offers, college recruitment roster spots, projected NIL earnings, sponsorship agreements, professional contracts. Any statement suggesting guaranteed outcomes should be considered unauthorized.

As the parent/guardian I agree to Under Recruited Athletes Media Release and grant URA perpetual permission to use my athletes: name, likeness, image, voice, photos, videos, interviews, social media content, graphics, and audio recordings for marketing,, advertising, recruiting education, commercial purposes, social media, promotion, website publication, articles, without additional compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

I understand that Under Recruited Athlete (URA) provides exposure, branding, educational resources, NIL opportunities, merchandise programs, affiliate partnerships, recruiting education, media services, and athlete development resources. I authorize my child to participate in any URA Subscription Programs, URA Athlete Profiles, URA Branded Athlete Program, NIL Apparel Programs, Affiliate Partnership Programs, Sponsorship Opportunities, Athlete Spotlights, Camps, Seminars, and Events.

I acknowledge that participation does not guarantee: scholarships, college recruitment, athletic offers, athletic stars outside of UR Stars, NIL earnings, sponsorship agreements, merchandise sales, social media growth, professional opportunities. I understand all outcomes are dependent upon factors beyond URA's control and that of the families participation.
