Virginia Top 10 MaxPrep Stats Leaders – Passing

Published

on

MaxPreps is a popular high school sports website that college recruiters regularly use to identify and evaluate potential recruits. We use the MaxPreps data to conduct our HEAD 2 HEAD Competition, where fans can vote for our URA TOP Athletes. These stats leaders categories highlight the top-performing athletes in each state, and we select the top 10 athletes from each state to compete in our competition brackets. We have added brackets to ensure we cover various skill sets. However, please note that not all positions, such as kickers and tight-ends, are showcased due to the specialized nature of their positions and their limited prominence in high school sports.

High school coaches should input your information into MaxPreps weekly because college recruiters rely on the data. It helps with initial screening, narrowing down prospects, identifying hidden gems, supplementing scouting reports, comparing athletes, verifying top athletes’ performance by state, and finding players to fill specific needs.

Recruiters rely on comprehensive evaluations, including game footage, live scouting, interviews, academic performance, and character assessments, to make recruitment decisions. Our HEAD 2 HEAD Competitions provide a platform for athletes without a social media presence to gain recognition from their peers and community through the VOTING process. Sharing our competition has led recruiters to notice athletes, especially when shared by former teammates in college or individuals with a significant brand presence online.

To qualify for our competition, athletes must have completed their mid-season or final-season highlights. Having a well-structured HUDL Highlight is essential for serious athletes who want to be recruited. We use this information to send to our network of college recruiters who evaluate and pre-screen college-ready recruitable athletes.
